BLG Superstars “Shaken” with the “Reverse” Training Schedule
Despite not undergoing many personnel changes, BLG remains a prominent team in the LPL region. However, BLG is enduring a particularly tough start to the 2025 season after a complete failure in Split 1. Specifically, they faced defeat in the race for the top spot when they lost to TT, and even in the playoffs, BLG only managed to secure a fourth-place finish. With many expectations riding on them, this performance has led to significant criticism. Following a loss to TES, the BLG team has faced mounting pressure and scrutiny.

With a roster boasting numerous stars, the disappointing results have made it challenging for BLG to stay afloat. As a result, they have devised a long-term plan to reclaim glory in the LPL and aim even higher for the upcoming MSI 2025. Recently, BLG’s star player, Elk, revealed during a recent stream that the team is focusing intently on the training schedule to enhance their in-game performance and prepare for the upcoming challenges.

“We must maintain our composure during the disappointing performances in Split 1 and ensure they do not repeat. We are currently rigorously following a new training regimen with 15 ranked matches every day. If we have a training match, it will reduce to 7, but the training time will still remain intact. Additionally, the entire team must dedicate 2 hours to gym workouts daily to improve physical fitness. The team is seriously training to reclaim the LPL title and aim for MSI,” Elk shared during a live stream.

BLG Must Quickly Restore Their High Morale to “Save” LPL
After the First Stand 2025 tournament, TES has faced significant criticism due to their subpar performances and lack of improvement. Combined with poor results at international competitions, the confidence of the LPL community has hit a low point with TES. Clearly, this region needs a fresh name to instill hope, and BLG is currently the most talked-about team.

However, BLG must quickly regain their high morale to continue dominating the LPL after the disappointing outcome of Split 1. Particularly, Bin’s position is critical as he needs to develop his individual skills rapidly to avoid being perceived merely as a player who can only perform at a basic level. It is hoped that the “reverse” training schedule will empower BLG to become stronger and unlock many hidden potentials to help the LPL regain its competitive edge against LCK representatives.
