Recently, Marvel Studios released the next trailer for Ant-Man & the Wasp: Quantumania, a blockbuster set to hit theaters on February 17, marking the beginning of Phase 5 of the MCU. Although it only runs for one minute, this trailer provides audiences with a clearer picture of the storyline in the upcoming film featuring the character Ant-Man, while also introducing the formidable antagonist Kang the Conqueror.
Key details have been confirmed in the trailer above, where Kang reveals the nature of the quantum realm: a prison of sorts, signifying that the quantum dimension is akin to a battlefield where soldiers are trapped. Despite possessing advanced technology from the future and a seemingly limitless army, Kang will not be able to execute his plans for conquest if he remains trapped within the confines of the quantum realm. Fortunately for the audience, Ant-Man is one of the superheroes with extensive knowledge and experience regarding this quantum realm.

Ant-Man & the Wasp: Quantumania will also feature an epic showdown between Scott Lang and Kang the Conqueror, indicating that the confrontation between these two characters will not be easily resolved. The new trailer shows Scott has become aware of the dangers posed by Kang, to the extent that he is willing to do everything to prevent being trapped in the quantum realm.
Ant-Man & the Wasp: Quantumania will welcome back familiar faces from previous films, including Paul Rudd (as Scott Lang), Evangeline Lilly (as Hope van Dyne), Michael Douglas (as Hank Pym), and Michelle Pfeiffer (as Janet van Dyne). Kathryn Newton will portray the new Cassie Lang in the MCU, while Jonathan Majors will reprise his role as Kang the Conqueror, a variant of He Who Remains – who previously appeared in the series Loki.
Ant-Man & the Wasp: Quantumania is set to premiere on February 17, 2023.
