Recently, news about the delays in the new season of the anime “Solo Leveling” has continued to fuel discussions online, with many fans expressing their disappointment and concern about the future of the series.
Despite some lingering worries similar to other A-1 Pictures productions in the past, this situation marks a sign that there are still issues in the production process. However, the film studio is not expected to suffer significant negative impacts, at least not in the current timeline.
Crunchyroll’s Managing Director Rahul Purini recently revealed in a podcast that his company has sent the manhwa “Solo Leveling” to Aniplex (a production and distribution company for anime and Japanese music). “Our team has read the manhwa, appreciated its content, and that’s why we have entrusted it to one of our close partners in Japan – Aniplex – to co-produce the anime,” Purini said.
