Nikki Exotika, 40, is a notable figure in social media hailing from Hoboken, New Jersey, USA. She is famously known as “Living Barbie” due to her numerous cosmetic surgeries aimed at transforming her appearance to resemble that of her idol.
In reality, Nikki was born as Jason Torres and identified as male. However, from the age of two, she realized her difference, always showing an interest in makeup and nail polish. By age four, Nikki (then known as Jason) had developed a love for Barbie dolls.
Due to her unique style, Nikki has often faced bullying throughout her life for being different and for her flamboyant self-presentation. Despite this, her aspiration to become a Barbie has never faded.
She recalls, “I remember being teased for playing with my sister’s Barbie dolls at four years old. Even then, I wanted to look like Barbie; it was always my dream.”
In her teenage years, Nikki began to frequent bars catering to the transgender community, meeting other transgender individuals and eventually starting hormone therapy as well as undergoing surgeries to achieve her desired look.
By the age of 19, she underwent gender-affirming surgery, having had three breast augmentations, two facial surgeries, and a Adam’s apple reduction. Since then, she has undergone countless procedures, spending around £750,000 (approximately $1 million) to transform herself into a real-life Barbie.
“I’ve undergone surgeries costing more than £750,000. Just recently, I completed a procedure to enhance my looks even further. My body has undergone extensive silicone work, and I’ve invested a lot of effort to modify every part of my body, from my feet to my breasts. I don’t just want to be beautiful; I want to be stunning,” Nikki shares.
Currently, Nikki is enjoying her newfound fame as a real-life Barbie, and she aspires to form the first professional pop group called “Mew Secret Girls.” Looking toward the future, Nikki expresses her desire to find love, hoping to meet someone who resembles her dream partner, Ken.
“I remain optimistic about my dating life and hope that one day I will find my Ken. I’m looking for a tall, handsome guy with an amazing personality. I love tattoos and guys who look like Ken,” she adds.
