Vegeta is one of the most notable characters in the Dragon Ball franchise, and as such, he has been portrayed in many powerful forms. Below, we will highlight the strongest forms of the Saiyan prince!
Note: This list does not include the fusion forms of Vegeta.
5. Super Saiyan 4

Super Saiyan 4 was first introduced during the Baby Saga in Dragon Ball GT. Both Goku and Vegeta achieved this form, leading to the creation of the fused character Gogeta.
This form enhances the user’s combat abilities significantly, referencing the classic traits of Saiyans. It is considered an important transformation, although it is not classified as an official form. Nonetheless, it carries significant meaning in the Dragon Ball universe.
4. Super Saiyan God
Vegeta achieved the Super Saiyan God form and could utilize this technique effectively.
One notable instance was during his battle against Broly in Dragon Ball Super: Broly. While Broly could easily overpower Super Saiyan Vegeta, in the Super Saiyan God form, Vegeta was able to evade and counter Broly’s powerful attacks. Vegeta’s strikes against Broly in this form were also quite impressive.
However, Super Saiyan God ultimately did not allow Vegeta to defeat Broly, as he had to revert to Super Saiyan to continue the fight.
3. Super Saiyan Blue
Through intense training with Whis on Beerus’s planet, Vegeta was able to achieve the Super Saiyan Blue form. Unlike Goku, who transitioned to this form after attaining the power of Super Saiyan God, Vegeta reached this state through rigorous training and mastery of God Ki.
This form is incredibly powerful, allowing the Saiyan prince to confront formidable enemies, including those in the Tournament of Power.
2. Super Saiyan God SS Evolved
Vegeta used this form during the Tournament of Power to face Jiren and Top.
In the anime, there was a moment when Vegeta was on the verge of defeat against Top. However, he regained his strength and was able to overpower Top afterward. Despite facing intense pressure from Top’s immense power, Vegeta managed to exhibit incredible strength.
Before the Ultra Ego transformation appeared in the manga, this was considered Vegeta’s most powerful form in the Dragon Ball Super anime.
1. Ultra Ego

In his battle against Granolah, Vegeta unlocked his new transformation known as Ultra Ego. This form represents the fusion of immense power and the Saiyan’s inherent fighting spirit.
In this state, Vegeta exhibits remarkable abilities and strength, allowing him to withstand powerful attacks and even counter them effectively. This is currently considered Vegeta’s strongest form in Dragon Ball Super to date, characterized by increasing power with each blow he receives.
However, Ultra Ego still has room for development, as Vegeta has yet to fully master this form during the ongoing battles against Granolah and Gas.
