The unique sexual misconduct allegations against hip-hop mogul Diddy have created global headlines as 2024 comes to a close. This case is set to be one of the most significant trials in Hollywood in many years. On May 13, Diddy was officially served with the lawsuit. Over the course of a month, the grand jury has been presented with a plethora of evidence, including numerous testimonies and a series of videos documenting the alleged sexual abuse at lavish parties involving the rapper. Recently, the grand jury learned that they had to confront disturbing footage from these events organized by Diddy.

Diddy’s Alleged Sexual Parties and Cassie Ventura’s Disturbing Clips
On June 16, after weeks of testimonies from witnesses about the sexual misconduct freak-offs hosted by Diddy, the grand jury was officially presented with incriminating evidence in the form of videos capturing explicit moments from these extravagant parties, alongside reports related to drug-related transactions. According to Page Six, the videos documenting Diddy’s freak-offs were recorded between 2012 and 2014. Among the footage presented at the trial were explicit clips featuring singer Casandra Ventura alongside the hip-hop mogul and various male escorts. These videos were provided by none other than Casandra Ventura herself.
Due to their explicit nature, these videos were divided into multiple segments of 30 seconds, and only the grand jury was permitted to view them. The jury members watched them through a large screen with headphones. According to the NYTimes, the members of the grand jury reportedly gasped, shook their heads, and even took off their headphones immediately after viewing the first clip.

According to Page Six, these explicit videos were presented following the testimony of DeLeassa Penland, a Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) agent, who provided evidence regarding hotel bills, flight itineraries, and written communications related to Diddy’s sexual misconduct freak-offs. In the documentation, Diddy and Casandra Ventura were reported to have used pseudonyms “Frank Black” and “Janet Clark” to book rooms. During this period, Casandra Ventura directly interacted with two male escorts, identified as “Dave” and “The Punisher,” to arrange meetings on the morning of October 14, 2012.
Casandra Ventura is one of the first and key witnesses in Diddy’s trial. The singer accused Diddy of assault, coercion, and participating in various “sexual marathons.” According to Casandra Ventura, she felt trapped and humiliated but did not dare to resist as Diddy had repeatedly threatened to release explicit clips of her. Previously, a clip depicting Diddy’s violent behavior towards Casandra Ventura had also been publicly presented to the grand jury and attendees of the trial.
FBI Reveals Disturbing Evidence from Diddy’s Mansion
In a recent court session, alongside testimonies and video evidence regarding Diddy’s alleged sexual misconduct, a series of shocking images from Diddy’s mansion in Holmby Hills, Los Angeles, were also made public. Andre LeMon – an FBI agent – stated that the agency discovered approximately 200 bottles of baby oil, 900 bottles of lube, drugs, and gas masks in Diddy’s residence during the investigation in March 2024.
Diddy had reportedly stocked numerous small bottles of baby oil and lube within a luxurious designed container, which could potentially control the amount dispensed. Additionally, these products were found in various other areas including drawers, cabinets, travel bags, and in high-end bath products. Agent Andre LeMon noted that the volume of baby oil and lube found in Diddy’s house was unprecedented. Currently, the items discovered at Diddy’s mansion are considered crucial evidence for the grand jury’s case against the hip-hop mogul for alleged sex trafficking.

The Current Situation of Diddy
According to Page Six, during the court session on June 24, Diddy continued to deny all allegations and remained uncooperative with the jury. The mogul appeared aloof, even laughing at moments during the proceedings. Diddy is facing serious charges including: racketeering, sex trafficking, and various drug-related offenses, which could lead to significant prison time.

The prosecution has concluded the process of gathering testimonies against Diddy after interviewing 34 witnesses over the past 29 days. Among them, Brendan Paul – a close associate of Diddy and considered a key witness in the sexual misconduct case – has reportedly agreed to testify against Diddy regarding the alleged heinous acts to avoid severe drug-related charges. The prosecution’s deliberation on whether Diddy should be charged could begin as early as June 27, with the latest expected by June 30.
