Emerging Information About VCS 2025
Just before the 2024 World Championship commenced, the audience VCS has received updates regarding the top teams in the region that will participate in the LCP – the premier league organized after Riot’s merger of VCS and the wider APAC region. However, there are still some leaks about VCS continuing to be organized, and below are some new updates about the League of Legends community in Vietnam for 2025.

According to reports, the new season will still feature a number of teams participating, with many recognizable names. However, within the roster of these teams (not yet confirmed), there may still be familiar contenders for VCS fans, such as Hypermind (Bie, JackieWind) and Team Secret Whales Academy with Coach Bigkoro from GAM Esports.
Additionally, one team will still retain its spot in VCS after the merger news with APAC, namely Team Flash, which will likely keep its entire roster. This is also viewed as a strong foundation for the team’s future success in the LCP among various teams that could potentially participate in VCS 2025.

VCS Audience Only Concerned About One Important Issue
For League of Legends fans in Vietnam, VCS can still be considered a significant event. However, there are also quite a few concerns being raised. This is because such tournaments often receive minimal attention from fans when top teams have already exited, leading to a negative sentiment. Nonetheless, the overall situation will depend on the performance of the teams and the management decisions of Riot. There have been numerous “mirror reflections” in the global League of Legends community, notably in LDL.

No audience member is expecting the upcoming “32-team” structure to return. However, achieving this is not easy. Especially since VCS will undoubtedly face even greater challenges due to the competitive environment that could be more demanding than before. Teams must prepare themselves before expecting Riot to maintain strict management policies.
