By the age of 11, Macaulay Culkin had become the recipient of multiple prestigious awards that actors typically aspire to achieve. He quickly rose to become a Hollywood A-list star, and Culkin became the youngest actor in history to earn a salary of $1 million per film. After Home Alone, Culkin left his mark in several other notable films, including The Good Son (1993), The Nutcracker (1993), Getting Even with Dad (1994), and Richie Rich (1995).
Despite achieving great success early in his career, Culkin’s journey took a turn as he faced numerous personal challenges, leading to a decline in his career. Struggling with issues stemming from a tumultuous family life, Culkin became involved in a series of controversial incidents, including substance abuse and legal troubles. In 2004, he was arrested for possession of a large quantity of marijuana and other substances.
In 2008, after a three-year hiatus from the public eye, Culkin re-emerged. Now at the age of 36, he continues to navigate the entertainment industry in an effort to reclaim the glimmering image of “Kevin.”
