The latest film in the expansive Dragon Ball series, titled Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero, has introduced one of its main characters: Pan, the daughter of Gohan and Videl. With her unique role and also being a descendant of the Saiyan bloodline, there is a strong possibility that Pan will transform into one of the mightiest warriors on Earth.

However, to make this happen, Pan must achieve the transformation into a Super Saiyan. This concept has sparked much debate among fans, which is why various fan art has been created, depicting Pan’s transformation into a Super Saiyan in different interpretations.

Looking at the image above, Pan in her Super Saiyan form has striking golden hair, a determined expression, and embodies the essence of the transformation, symbolizing the Dragon Ball brand.
The artwork by artist @PiPeEsNoW also highlights the relationship between Piccolo and Pan. The illustration reflects the training process and transformation of Goku’s granddaughter under the guidance of her Namekian mentor.
In a training scene between Pan and Piccolo, the young warrior unexpectedly undergoes her transformation into a Super Saiyan. This transformation leaves Piccolo astonished and shows the potential of the character, indicating that she could become a formidable warrior in the vast battles of the Dragon Ball universe.
Although it is still unclear whether Pan can achieve the Super Saiyan transformation, what is essential to note is that both Gohan and Goten had reached their Super Saiyan states at a much younger age.
While in Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero, Pan is only 3 years old, significantly younger than when Gohan and Goten reached their Super Saiyan forms, the intense training under Piccolo’s mentorship may allow her to achieve the transformation sooner than others did before her.
Additionally, Goten had already achieved his Super Saiyan transformation even without intense training, making it plausible that Pan could similarly reach this state earlier than previously established characters.
