Top 20 Most Anticipated Anime of Fall 2016 by Japanese Audiences

With the wonderful summer break behind us, we are stepping into a new school year filled with countless opportunities and challenges ahead. However, for anime fans, the anticipation for the Fall 2016 Anime season brings a wave of excitement as we look forward to the return of many beloved series along with a plethora of new shows, adaptations from popular light novels and manga. Last week, Charapedia, a well-known Japanese site, conducted a poll among 10,000 fans to find out which anime titles are the most eagerly awaited this fall.

A total of 63 titles were submitted for the poll, with 56.3% of voters being female and 69.5% of participants being in their teens and 20s. Below are the results of the top 20 anime eagerly anticipated for this season:
