Null the Living Darkness

It is a creation born from a cosmic entity that came into existence. Null the Living Darkness embodies a formidable strength, emphasizing its ability to manipulate other beings.
However, Null the Living Darkness also possesses the capability to create illusions, instilling fear to mislead humanity. It has been known to form a dangerous zombie army. There have been occasions where it has attempted to control the entire Universe (in comic lore) and has even challenged the Avengers.
Carnage
The offspring of Venom combined with the serial killer Cletus Kasady formed one of the most dangerous creatures known as Carnage. Carnage haunts Kasady’s psyche, driving him to increase his murder rate, and even when Carnage is separated from Kasady, it continues to replicate the terrifying imagery of its host and perpetuates evil acts.
Carnage possesses immense strength, similar to that of Spider-Man and Venom, but is even more powerful than both of these characters combined. Additionally, it has the ability to enhance its strength by consuming other life forms, thus continually evolving into a more formidable threat against Marvel heroes.
Doctor Doom
Doctor Doom once ruled and has practically conquered an entire nation (Latveria). Doctor Doom is a character that embodies the notion of creating a perfect dictator where the condition is that he must possess absolute power and intelligence, making it difficult for anyone to challenge him.
Throughout history, there have been instances where Doctor Doom has absorbed the powers of The Beyonder, allowing him to access unimaginable power that could potentially obliterate entire universes with just a thought. Subsequently, Dr. Doom has eliminated The Beyonder using a specially crafted bomb, although that bomb also “affected” several other realities.
Galactus
Galactus is one of the oldest entities still existing in the universe, considered a cosmic force in the third tier of the cosmos, sitting between Eternity and Death. Speaking of Galactus implies understanding the immense and terrifying power that this being holds.
Galactus’s unique characteristic is that he constantly feels the need to consume energy from entire planets. A cosmic being that devours planets like a daily meal certainly deserves a spot among the most formidable and powerful characters in the Marvel universe.
Onslaught

Another unique trait of Apocalypse is that his blood is a rare mixture that could potentially cure many ailments for mutants. Additionally, Apocalypse possesses an infinite source of intelligence, understanding the universe’s secrets as well as anyone else.
