Discovering the Highest Quality Internet Cafe in Thu Duc

In a conversation with GameK, Mr. Nguyen Manh Tuan – CEO of Gaming X shared about this “unique” internet cafe. According to him, this is the most modern and “luxurious” facility in the Gaming X chain at this time, built with many thoughtful designs aimed at providing gamers with a comfortable and enjoyable experience in the heart of Thu Duc.
Mr. Tuan: I have been in the gaming business and running this brand for nearly 7 years. Although I have opened many other facilities, this location in Thanh Xuan has always been my long-term goal. After about 4-5 years of waiting, completing important steps, I have finally started the construction of this new venue.
The reason for choosing the Thanh Xuan area is that it is a very potential location, with many schools, large companies, and a growing student population, as well as gamers. Finding a unique venue like this is not easy, so there is no reason to let this opportunity pass by.
PV: So what makes the Thanh Xuan facility different from previous ones?
Mr. Tuan: The internet cafe in Thanh Xuan will be the first facility to be branded as “Premium.” The quality of the gaming machines will be invested with high-grade specifications, from the equipment to the layout. I have put a lot of effort into this facility.
Unlike other internet cafes, my venue is divided into many zones (Zones), from Standard Zone, Premium Zone, FPS Zone, to Sofa Zone and Fighting Zone. Each zone is specifically designed to meet the gaming experience needs of different gamers, with the goal of providing a maximum sense of relaxation and comfort.
PV: Can you describe more about the cafe and its gaming setup?
Mr. Tuan: My cafe has an area of about 500m² and currently has 180 machines, with plans to expand further in the future. Almost all of my machines will use AMD chips, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 graphics cards, 32 GB RAM, and 380 Hz monitors. Notably, the high-end machines will feature the AMD 7800X3D chip.
Of course, due to higher investment, the prices will be slightly higher compared to previous facilities. However, the overall pricing will still be very reasonable as I aim to cater to a diversity of customers with different needs while ensuring a high-quality cyber setup.
PV: When is the official opening time? What promotions does the cafe have?
Mr. Tuan: Initially, I will run a trial period for all machines for 3 days at a promotional price of 1000 VND/hour. Consequently, the cafe has received a large number of customers. Currently, after transitioning to the regular pricing, the cafe remains in a busy state.
From today (January 5th), the cafe officially opens to meet the gaming needs of customers. The first customers will certainly experience many value-added programs.
PV: Do you have any special thoughts on this “spiritual child” of yours?
Mr. Tuan: I have been working in the gaming industry for a decade and have witnessed many brands making mistakes in building their cafes. Personally, I want to focus more on enhancing the customer experience.
Here, I also want to incorporate many personal ideas into the design process of the cafe. From the reception area, diverse food and drink menus, to the modern sofa seating arrangements… especially the personal corner. This is also the detail I cherish the most, aimed at sharing with visiting customers, helping them feel “at home” or have a new experience when sitting in the lobby.
