On the official website of the live-action adaptation of the manga My Dress-Up Darling, the first promotional video for the project has been revealed. The video features two versions showcasing the main theme songs of the series.
The band Chou Tokimeki Sendenbu will perform the opening theme titled “Princess Hero,” while the band PEDRO will perform the ending theme called “Lovely Baby.”
The film is set to premiere on October 8 in Japan and has been confirmed to closely follow the storyline presented in the anime adaptation.
Regarding the original manga, Shinichi Fukuda began publishing it in the Young Gangan magazine from Square Enix starting in January 2018. The anime adaptation, produced by CloverWorks, aired in the Spring of 2022 (from January to March) and consists of a total of 12 episodes. Additionally, a sequel project for the anime adaptation is currently in production.

Now, with the emergence of this live-action adaptation, many fans hope that this new version will capture the essence of the characters and the intricacies of the original storyline.
