Coser “Big Shot” from Japan Stuns Many
Enako – a prominent female cosplayer from Japan has recently made headlines with her revelations during a television program that left viewers astounded. According to her, she admits to being a “big shot” in the industry with a target income of up to 10 million Yen (approximately 67,000 USD) each year. Specifically, Enako shared that she particularly enjoys playing the Gacha game titled Hochi Shojo, which costs around 5 million Yen (over 33,000 USD) annually for this title.

To put things into perspective, with a salary of about 250,000 Yen/month, a fresh graduate in Japan can expect to earn around 3 million Yen annually. This means the money Enako spends on just one game is nearly double the annual income of a typical worker in Japan – a staggering figure that leaves many astonished.

Not only that, Enako also reportedly spent “only” 1 million Yen (around 6,700 USD) in just one month on another game titled “Idle Life in Another World.” Although the spending varies depending on the game, the overall enthusiasm and initial investment of this cosplayer into mobile games is undeniably significant.
Examining the Income of the Female Coser: A Unique Perspective
While the spending on games may seem shocking, when considering Enako’s actual income, this all makes sense. According to various reports, this cosplayer has annual earnings estimated at around 20 million Yen (approximately 134,000 USD). With such a substantial income, the amount she “invests” in games only accounts for a very small portion, thus not significantly impacting her personal finances.

Not only is she a prominent player, but Enako is also regarded as a significant talent by game developers. The online community has expressed concerns that if everyone played games like Enako, game developers might struggle with revenue concerns.
