On the bright morning of March 26, the technology platform VOZ announced that it will temporarily suspend operations for new users starting from March 27, 2025. This information is clearly stated on the homepage of the platform; however, there is still no official explanation provided by the management team of VOZ regarding the specific reasons behind this decision.
This situation comes just two days after VOZ requested users to verify their accounts using the Citizen Identification Number (CIN) according to the regulations of Decree 147/2024/ND-CP. According to previous announcements, starting from March 25, 2025, VOZ users in Vietnam will need to provide their CIN to continue using the platform. However, it has been noted that members can still post and comment normally after March 25 without needing to enter their CIN.

The announcement of the temporary suspension has raised many concerns within the user community, especially given the new legal regulations that are starting to directly impact the operations of online platforms in Vietnam. Some opinions suggest that VOZ may be focusing on improving its verification system or reconsidering its operating terms to ensure compliance with legal standards.

The VOZ management team currently has not updated additional information regarding the timeline for resuming operations or any support plans for users after March 27. This platform is known as one of the longest-standing and most vibrant technology communities in Vietnam, with a large number of active members discussing a wide range of topics from software to hardware, ensuring lively exchanges.
