1. Steve Rogers possesses superhuman strength as Captain America, and his weapon is the Vibranium shield
The key to Captain America Steve Rogers’ strength is the Super Soldier Serum.
Before receiving this serum, Steve Rogers was a frail young man, suffering from various ailments. After receiving the injection, he transformed into a tall, muscular hero. His enhanced strength, durability, agility, speed, reflexes, and heightened senses make him a formidable force. Additionally, Steve’s body possesses the ability to heal wounds more quickly than that of an average person.
As for his weapon, Steve Rogers typically fights with a nearly indestructible Vibranium shield. In the movie Avengers: Endgame, we even witness him wielding Mjolnir, proving that he is worthy of lifting it. Steve can use Mjolnir and even harness the power of Thor when holding the hammer.
2. John Walker is a soldier who was trained and later received the Super Soldier Serum
Initially, John Walker was an exemplary soldier in the U.S. military. Trained in the army, he exhibited exceptional combat skills and marksmanship. He could also utilize Steve Rogers’ Vibranium shield as part of his training.
However, John Walker is still just an ordinary man in a super-soldier’s costume, using Captain America’s shield. As a result, he was overpowered by Karli Morgenthau, who was enhanced by the Super Soldier Serum.
He also faced defeat against the Dora Milaje, elite warriors who were not super-soldiers but exceptionally skilled. This loss significantly impacted John’s mental state.
Later, in episode 4 of The Falcon and The Winter Soldier, John would use the serum that Karli Morgenthau had taken to gain super-soldier strength, which gave him a considerable boost in power.
3. Sam Wilson does not use the Super Soldier Serum; his fighting style is distinctly different from Steve and John
Currently, Sam Wilson does not use the Super Soldier Serum. He also has no intention of using any enhanced serum.
Sam Wilson’s fighting style, while maintaining the essence of Captain America, is still rooted in his identity as Falcon. He employs a winged combat suit to fly in the air.
The wings of Captain America Sam are also produced by Wakanda, featuring a design that is hard to destroy. As Captain America, Sam Wilson possesses a Vibranium shield, making him stronger and more resilient in battle.
Of course, Sam is aided by his drone, Redwing. This drone has combat capabilities and can assist in targeting, helping Sam accomplish many tasks. In episode 6, Redwing can help Sam analyze flight patterns to locate experienced pilot trainers.
